Q: How will I recognize you when you pick me up at the airport?

A: I will be waiting in the arrival hall, holding a sign board with your name written clearly on it. You will not miss it. 

  

Q: Do I have to pay in advance in order to make a reservation?

A: Definitely not. Payment is only made at the end of the drive.

 

Q: What are the available payment options?

A: Payment is only made in cash (USD, EUR, GBP or Shekels) as credit card companies do not work with taxis in Israel.

 

Q: Is it possible to get a receipt?

A: Yes of course. Upon request, a hand written receipt or a printed receipt from the meter can be given.

 

Q: We are a family of eight. Can you arrange a vehicle large enough for us?

A: Absolutely. Big vans are available for large families and groups.

 

Q: I'm planning to visit Jordan first and then cross the border to Israel. Where can you pick me up?

A: I can pick you up from any of the 3 border terminals according to the plan of your trip.
